Preparation before presence
The practical requirement is understood before personnel or posture are chosen.

About Executive Ops
If you are considering close protection in Eastbourne, you should know who is responsible for the decisions. Steven leads Executive Ops from Westham, East Sussex, with suitable London and wider UK assignments also considered.
The judgement behind your protection matters as much as the visible presence
When you place responsibility for a person, residence, journey or event in someone else’s hands, you should understand who is making the decisions, what experience informs them and how assigned personnel are considered.

A personal note
“I created Executive Ops because professional security should feel measured, prepared and dependable—not theatrical. My years in the British Armed Forces and close protection taught me that the visible presence is only part of the job. The decisions made beforehand, the people selected and the way we work around a client’s life are just as important. When you speak with us, you can expect a direct conversation, honest boundaries and a plan shaped around what genuinely needs protecting.”

What experience means for you
The practical requirement is understood before personnel or posture are chosen.
Structured communication and authorised decisions take priority over bravado.
Support is planned around households, employees, advisers, hotel teams and event staff.
The plan is matched to the confirmed need rather than the largest possible deployment.
Who represents Executive Ops
Personnel are considered against the role they may perform, the environment they will enter and the conduct expected around the client. Relevant experience, communication, presentation and the correct current licence for licensable work all matter.
Clients may ask for relevant licence details before deployment and check them through the official SIA register.

The Executive Ops standards
Relevant background is matched to the requirement.
Information and presence are limited to what the assignment needs.
Communications, conduct and presentation fit the environment.
Claims, boundaries and conflicts are handled honestly.
Planning begins before deployment.
Decisions follow the agreed chain and available information.
Based in Westham, serving Eastbourne
Westham is our base, and Eastbourne and East Sussex are our primary service area. Whether your enquiry concerns a home, an individual, a hotel, a journey or an event, the starting point is the same: understand the requirement and agree a proportionate approach. Suitable assignments in London and across the UK are also considered according to timing, personnel and scope.
